PAYMENT
I can accept cash, card, or Venmo. Payment must be made before leaving your appointment.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS FOR AESTHETICS
For appointments that do not require a deposit, a card is required to be put on file at booking. Cancellations within less than 48 hours (or if you are over 15 min late) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. No call/no show appointments will be charged 75% of the service.
I understand that unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control can arise. Please feel free to contact me in case of an emergency.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS FOR PMU
A 48-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled within the 48-hour window, the deposit can be transferred to the new date.
Any rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellations of any kind will result in the loss of the deposit.
If you reschedule on the day of the appointment, are more than 15 minutes late, or there is a contraindicationthat prevents me from providing the service (including failure to follow pre-care instructions), you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book.
No-call/no-show appointments will incur a charge of 75% of the reserved service and you will be unable to book future appointments.
COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENT POLICY
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your cosmetic tattoo appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice or failure to show up will require a new $100 non-refundable booking fee.
Repeat offenders may be refused
DEPOSITS FOR PMU
A deposit is due upon booking any permanent makeup service, this goes towards the final cost of your appointment. Deposits are $50 per service and include 2 reschedules, after that a new deposit will be required. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFURABLE. A credit card is required to hold your appointment for the service but not for the consultation. Consultations are of no charge. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
PREVIOUS WORK
If you have EVER had previous permanent makeup work done at any point in time by ANY artist, you must get approval PRIOR to booking your appointment. Previous work has to be at least 70-90% faded before I would be able to cover it, this ensures your new cosmetic tattoo can remain as natural as possible. Failure to get approval prior to booking will result in the loss of the deposit & up to a 50% charge for the reserved service. If your cosmetic tattoo is not faded enough we will recommend laser removal, for more information, contact us.
PRE-CARE / AFTERCARE
Pre-care and after-care are CRUCIAL to the success of your cosmetic tattoo. I always tell my clients 50% is what I can do and 50% is their ability to follow these instructions. You will be provided with this information before, during and after procedure.
